Kayak in the Wilderness

You can choose between kayak rental and guided kayak tour Oslo. A kayak trip with me is like having a friend showing you around. I kayak everyday (since 2016), and will teach you everything you need to know. Escape the crowds: We will probably not see humans, just wilderness and birds.

The tour typically lasts 4 hours with breaks and warm food.

This was a fantastic afternoon kayaking. Our guide took great care of us and adapted the trip to fit our group's needs. We had experienced and novice kayakers and everyone enjoyed the lake and felt comfortable. I highly recommend Wild Oslo!

21 minutes drive from the Central Station/Opera. 31 min with bus. We will send you details after booking, making your transport hassle free.

The lake is a hidden pearl. A bit like Alaska. Most guest spend 3 or 4 hours here and here are many places to go on land, and relax. Bring food and enjoy a great day in the wilderness.

Kids over seven years will normally paddle without any trouble. You might consider to bring a rope, if you need to pull the kid’s kayak.

Spray skirt will increase the risk, if you don’t have kayak experience. Personally, I never use spray skirt on this lake, because it’s no waves or boats here. I rather wear rain clothes if it’s heavy rain.

Yes. We have many vests, from 15 kilos up to 90+. Vest, paddle and map are always included for Kayak rental Oslo.

We have tried 50 different kayaks, and finally found our favorite: Riot Quest 10. You will love it. See pictures at the bottom of this page.
